ពីធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុសារណៈនៃការយោគយល់ រវាងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទកសិកម្ម (ស.វ.ភ.ក) និងវិទ្យាស្ថានស្រាវជ្រាវ ដើម្បីការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព (IRD) នៃប្រទេសបារាំង”។ គោលបំណងនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនេះ គឺទី១ ដើម្បីពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកការជួយគាំទ្របន្ថែមការបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពធនធានមនុស្សលើគម្រោងស្រាវជ្រាវ និងការបង្រៀនបែបវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រដល់អ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវមជ្ឈមណ្ឌល អេកូលែននៃស.វ.ភ.ក បន្តទៀត ទី២អភិវឌ្ឍគម្រោងសំណើស្រាវជ្រាវផ្នែកវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានធម្មជាតិ និងទី៣ បន្តការប្រតិបត្តិការស្រាវជ្រាវគម្រោង DOUBT គម្រោងJEAI និងគម្រោង Costea” នៅស.វ.ភ.ក បន្តទៀត។
A Memorandum of understanding ceremony between the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA), Cambodia and the French National Institute of Research for Sustainable Development (IRD), France" held on 22nd October 2019. The scope and objective of the collaboration includes: (1) the building of research and teaching capacity of the ECOLAND Research Center of RUA, (2) The development of research projects that deal with issues of Natural Resources Management in Cambodia, (3) The implementation of the JEAI-ECOLAND and COSTEA projects at RUA, Cambodia.
