Prof. Dr.KIM SOBEN : Dean of the Faculty of Forestry and Director of the Centre for Agricultural and Environmental Studies, Royal University of Agriculture. More than 20 years' experience in climate change, wetland ecology, natural resource management, climate-smart agriculture, integrated farming systems and agroforestry. Main responsibilities are leading education, research and extension and project management in forestry,
natural resources, climate change project coordinator and renewable energy at Royal University of Agriculture, REDD ++, Biodiversity and GHG inventory technique call working group in Cambodia, development of allometric equations for upland and floodplain forests to support the National Forest Inventory (NFI) in Cambodia; integration of climate change into curriculum development for agricultural institutions in Cambodia, project coordinator and university network for wetland ecology in the Lower Mekong Basin: 2004 to present
Mr. HENG Chamroeun. Nationality Cambodia, Date of birth July 07th, 1966, in Battambang Province. He is graduate master degree (MsC) of Agricultural Economics from Higher Institute of Economics, Sofia, Bulgaria.1994. The Present, he is a Vice Dean of the Faculty of Forestry at Royal University of Agriculture. More than 25 years' experience in working in the fields of Agriculture and Forestry, wetland ecology, natural resource management, climate-smart agriculture, integrated farming systems and agroforestry. Main responsibilities are leading education, research and extension in natural resources, climate change at Royal University of Agriculture, and Academic Program of Faculty of Forestry:
Mrs. Nhem Thary is currently a Vice Dean of Faculty of Forestry and Lecturer of Faculty of Forestry and Foundation Year, Royal
University of Agriculture (RUA). Started a professional career since 1993 until present. Holders of Master degree of Agricultural Science, RUA, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, 2004 and Bachelor degree of Biology, Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Phnom Penh, 1993. Key responsibilities are assisting students in conducting internship and theses, leading the students to be involved with social and environmental work, teaching various courses (Biology, Biochemistry and Biodiversity). Also having experience in using Microscopes and Micro-organisms laboratory.

Mr. Seng Eang Samraing successfully completed a bachelor's degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, 1996. Since July 1996, he has been employed as a lecturer and researcher at the faculty of forestry, RUA.
In 2004, he successfully completed a Master of Science (Renewable Resources) program from the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA).
He has accumulated nearly 30 years of experience in teaching and delivering lectures and insights to students at the Faculty of Forestry, with a focus on various subjects including plant physiology, forest community, non-timber forest product, natural resources management by community, forest ecology, horticulture, tree diseases and pests, nursery management, Forest climate change, and more.
At the Faculty of Rubber Sciences and Prek Leap National Institute of Agriculture, he has experience in providing lectures and knowledge related to plant physiology, horticulture, tree diseases and pests, Agro-Forestry and non-timber forest products.
Further to this, he has extensive experience and insights working as a supervisor and co-advisor for bachelor's and associate degree programmed at the faculties of forestry and rubber sciences (Royal University of Agriculture and Prek Leap National Institute of Agriculture). Projected experiences: CAMCOFT and CFRP.

Ms. Ly Kalyan is a lecturer and researcher with in the faculty of forestry, Royal University of Agriculture. She holds a BSc degree in Agro-Forestry and MSc in Integrated Management for Agricultural and Rural Development from the Royal University of Agriculture, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. She has over 10 years of research and teaching experience related to forestry and climate change. She used to be the project manager of project entitle “Building Capacity of Institutions to Help Farmer Better Adapt to Climate Change and Climate Variability in Cambodia” funded by UNDP, SIDA, DANIDA and EU. She was also the senior consultant for the project “Integrated Climate Change into Curriculum Development for Agriculture University in Cambodia” and funded by World bank. Beside of the researcher, She is also experiences in Finance and Administrative Manager for the project “Scaling-up Sustainable Land Management (SLM) practices by smallholder farmers: working with agricultural extension services to identify, assess and disseminate SLM practices in Cambodia, Lao PDR, Uganda” funded by IFAD. Currently, she is acting head of forest and climate change department. She responsible for more tasks such as develop and improve the curriculum include CLOs, LLOs, developed faculty budget and activities plan, finance, administrative and other related works.

Mr. SIEN Teamhy is lecturer and researcher of the Faculty of Forestry and Deputy director of the Center for Agricultural and Environmental Studies (CAES) of Royal University of Agriculture (RUA), Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He holds a BSc degree in Agricultural Technology and Management (ATM) from the Royal University of Agriculture, Phnom Penh, Cambodia and a MSc degree in Environmental Technology and Management from Joint Graduate Scholl of Energy and Environment (JGSEE), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Bangkok, Thailand.
He has over 10 years of working experiences in teaching on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and working on environment, biodiversity conservation, sustainable management of natural resources, and climate change adaptation. In addition, he actively joined proposal development and project implementation related to conservation and sustainable management of natural resources, climate change and adaption, etc., with national institutions such as FA, MAFF, MoE, etc., and other international programs and institutions, such as Erasmus+, CED, IFAD, FAO, UNEP, UNDP, and Oxfam, etc. In addition, he has participated in leading students in research and curriculum development of faculty, preparation of IQA reports, complaints and teaching evaluations, assisting students in internships and these tasks, leading students to participate in social and environmental work, and
teaching various technical subjects.
