Department Forest and Climate Change

The Department of Forest and Climate Change has been framed with an intention to provide a general concept within the dimensions of forestry, climate changes, climate change mitigation, and adaptation, GHGs emission from forestry sector and challenges to Sustainable Development. 

It is to equip the students with appropriate tools and techniques for interpreting the impacts of climate change, and evaluating & implementing measures that reduce vulnerability of systems.

After graduate from this program, the knowledge and skills of student will be improved with the proficiency and have enough ability to work as professionals in the public and private sectors in Cambodia, both national and international organizations that focus on forestry and climate change such as: Forest community leader, facilitator, Climate change educators, Environmental specialist, Inventory specialist, become an expert in climate change forecasting, etc.

Department Natural Resource and Environment

provides a strong educational background on conservation, and sustainable management of natural resources​ through academic programs and research initiatives related to environmental protection, biodiversity conservation, climate change adaptation, and sustainable land use. The department plays a crucial role in providing practical solutions for balancing ecological preservation with economic development by aligning with national Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Department Geography Information System and Remote Sensing 

The Vision of Department of Geographic Information System and Remote Sensing is to enhance human resources with expertise in Cambodia for remote sensing tasks. It is one of the technology for sustainable development in Cambodia. Students will have educated and trained perfectly by professor, lecturer, and researchers who have high experience and professional with GIS & Remote Sensing. Not only theory in the class but also the real practical in the laboratory as well as field work will be included to the study program. During academic year, students will be provided the opportunity to work as internship in other organizations that students can improve themselves and ready for future career after academic year.
