Mr. SAY Pisey is a researcher at the Faculty of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Royal University of Agriculture, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He holds a M.Sc. degree in Fishery Science and Technology, Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand. He had employed in a project, namely “Product Development of a Novel Probiotics for Disease Prevention and Growth Promotion of Catfish”. He has demonstrated his capacity with government and international development agencies, including Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery, and Erasmus+ Program, UNIDO and the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT).
