Special Bachelor is designed for government officers who have at least ten years of working experience in agriculture or related fields. 
Admission Requirements 
Special Bachelor Program
· Be the staff of Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries or related ministries (Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction;)
· At lease ten years of working experience in agriculture or related field;
· Hold associate degree or equivalent; and
· High school diploma. For applicants without this diploma  have to take four preparation courses and passed all the exams before admitted to this program. 
Study Duration 
Special Bachelor Program
· Course work : 1 year; for those high school diploma need to take 8 courses which take about 4 months to complete.
· Thesis research : 6 months
Graduation Requirements
Special Bachelor Program
· Successfully complete 44 credits of course work;
· Successfully defend thesis in front of examination committee
