Introduction: 

Planning and International Cooperation is one of the four function offices.The office has two sections: Planning section and International Cooperation section. The planning section facilitates consultation with all faculties, divisions, departments and offices of the university regarding strategic planning and ensures coherence of supporting strategies. The   section works to prepare the university's corporate plan which is submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. 

The International cooperation section plays a role in coordination and administration for international activities of the university. Additionally, the section facilitates the process of sending RUA teaching/research staff to other universities abroad for their meetings, workshops, degree and non-degree training. RUA expands its academic research and cultural cooperation with other institutions around the world.
